Who is Ronn?

Hi!  I'm Ronn Mikhael A. Avila, MPsy a registered Psychometrician and a public speaker. I conduct lectures and seminar/workshops that focuses on different concepts of Psychology. 

I worked as a counselor at Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center - Bicutan, Taguig City, Philippines for 4 years.  For the length of my services  I handled thousands of drug dependents but mostly adolescent individuals with substance use disorder and behavioral problems. I'm certified to administer numerous psychological tests from self report test to projective tests and trained to facilitate Therapeutic. I'm also a practitioner of Positive Arts Intervention, this method focused to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations through visual arts.  I used art to be part of the patients healing process that helping them making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results through art.

Currently, I'm a full time faculty member of Trinity University of Asia Psychology Department  and also I play in a punk band name MNR MJRTY, we play different shows around Metro Manila.
